Crystals and minerals are not only beautiful to look at, but have an incredibly powerful additional value and can support you in so many ways. I personally use them not only as anchors and helpers to support me in my personal development and growth, but I also like to use them in rooms to create a feel-good energy and to direct the focus of your life.

How do you choose your stone or stones?

1. By Color: Since each color brings its own vibrational energy and intentions, you can learn about the color and its meanings and choose which of the stones is right for your needs based on that. 

2. By characteristic: Crystals and minerals have all kinds of their own energies and metaphysical characteristics that can affect the mental, physical, spiritual and emotional aspects of ourselves. According to this, you can choose which stone fits your need or requirement.

3. By intuition: and this is my favorite way, because you get out of your head and into your body, where you feel and are guided by which stone attracts you. Certain crystals just won't let you go and often they are the exact crystals whose support you need in the present moment.
